• When a difficult emotion arises, pause and breathe into it instead of resisting.
• Place a hand on your heart or womb and silently repeat:
  I allow myself to feel this fully. I trust that this, too, is part of my power.
• Stay present with the emotion without judgment until it shifts or dissolves.
