These subconscious parts that are in fear, resistance,
doubt, etc. are the parts of you blocking you from having your desire.
If you didn't have resistance to your desires, you would have them already...
Through working with your fears & resistances, learning to love & accept them, creating safety for them, and strengthening your connection to the inner parts of yourself that ARE empowered to have your desires, and then taking action {that is intentional, strategic, aligned} towards your desires is how you create the things you want.
